You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange. After this period, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging.

  • Earrings (for pierced ears)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted under specific conditions, including items with obvious signs of use, items not in their original condition, and returns made more than 14 days after delivery.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, email us at celestique099@gmail.com, and send your item to mentioned Address.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, a refund will be issued to them directly.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to celestique099@gmail.com . You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for expensive items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
